Nestled in the heart of Pannaivilai on the grounds of our beloved CSI Holy Trinity Church, the Pannaivilai Santhai (Market) holds over a century of rich history rooted in service, community, and faith. Established more than 100 years ago by our Church as a humble initiative to serve the local people, this market stands as a symbol of dedication and love—not profit.

💒 Church-Owned & Operated with a Service Mindset
Run solely by the CSI Holy Trinity Church Pannaivilai, the market has never operated for commercial gain. It was always a place where community needs were prioritized over profit, reflecting the values and mission of our Church.

🕰️ Journey Through Time

• The market thrived for decades until it faced operational challenges and was closed around 1985.

• Despite many efforts, reopening proved difficult—until 2020, when renewed strength and vision led to its revival.

• However, the COVID-19 pandemic brought another temporary closure.

🎉 Triumphant Reopening – 7th November 2024
On this historic day, the market was officially reopened with immense joy and pride. The event was presided over by Dr. Bhuvaneswari Shunmuganathan, President of Perungulam Town Panchayat.
